Now with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Lei Hou was previously Principal Second Violin with the National Symphony Orchestra under Mstislav Rostropovich. She has performed solo and chamber music at numerous music festivals including Tanglewood, El Paso, Sun Valley, and Ravinia where she performed with Pinchas Zuckerman. Accompanist Richard Hancock, also a graduate of Peabody Institute, now teaches there.
