Penn Alps is located on Alt. Route 40, which runs parallel to 1-68 at Grantsville, Maryland. From I68 Westbound take Exit 19 (Meyersdale PA), turn right on 219N and first left on Alt. Route 40. From I68 Eastbound take Exit 22  (Grantsville/Swanton). Turn left to Grantsville and turn right  on Alt. Route 40.
