Tina, Dan & Webb

The trio Tina, Dan & Webb, whose name lists the first names of its members, performs early music on instruments of the period. Tina Chancy is a multi-instrumentalist who specializes in early bowed strings from the rebec and vielle to the kemenj, viol and lyra. She has performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center. Daniel Rippe, a member of the Peabody Renaissance Ensemble and Chesapeake Consort of Viols, plays viola da gamba and continuo. Webb Wiggins, the current coordinator of the Early Music Program at the Peabody Conservatory, is in constant demand as a continuo player on harpsichord and organ.
